The report "Indicadores de acceso a la información pública en Guatemala" presents the results from a passive transparency audit of 162 public entities in Guatemala by Acción Ciudadana (Citizen Action). Access to information requests were sent between September 7 and 27 October 2006 to conduct the evaluation.
