2014 - Mexican Audit by Instituto de Transparencia e Información Pública del Estado de Jalisco

The active transparency audit, "Evaluación del Cumplimiento de la Publicación de la Información Fundamental 2014," by Instituto de Transparencia e Información Pública del Estado de Jalisco (Institute of Transparency and Public Information in the State of Jalisco) was conducted for 104 websites of public institutions in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Compliance with the disclosure of mandatory information from the law of Transparency and Public Information (Articles 8 and 10) was evaluated using four critera:publicity, regular updates of information, accessibility and completeness.

Compliance with the disclosure of general and specific information required by  which is required by the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information (Articles 8 and 10 respectively) was evaluated using four criteria: publicity, regular updates of information, accessibility and completeness of information. For each criteria, the scale used was: 0 (non compliance) and 1 (compliance)
The overall results were presented and for each of the 8 groups including: political parties, executive branch, legislative branch, judicial branch, decentralized agencies, autonomous organizations, and the arbitration court.
