The 2nd edition of the report, "Índice de accesibilidad a la información judicial en internet," performed an assessment of active transparency through the internet for Pubic Ministries and Courts of Justice in 34 countries; 33 that are a part of the Organization of American States (OAS) and Puerto Rico.

Methodology: 

The audit assessed active transparency in the Courts of Justice by using 21 indicators from 10 categories. The performance of the Public Ministries was assessed by 19 indicators from 8 categories. Each indicator was measured using a scale between 0% (non-compliance) and 100% (full compliance).

A global index was calculated for each country by weighting the results from the Courts of Justice (60%) and Public Ministries (40%).
